Dr. Edward Corsello DC BCAO
Dr. Edward Corsello is a gentle, caring, compassionate, highly skilled chiropractic specialist. Personalized care is emphasized, and he will take time to listen to his patient’s concerns, address their needs, and give every effort to help them to achieve total health and wellness.

Dr. Corsello graduated Magna Cum Laude from both the University of Tampa in 1999 and from Life University of Chiropractic in 2003. He then continued his studies to achieve a post-graduate certification in the Atlas Orthogonal technique from Sherman College.

Dr. Corsello became interested in Atlas Orthogonal Chiropractic while in college. During his senior year in high school, his car was rear-ended while he was waiting to make a left-hand turn. He suffered a grave neck injury, and the pain was so intense he couldn’t swim, which was a big deal to him since only three weeks earlier, he was accepted to the University of Tampa on a full swimming scholarship. After six weeks of physical therapy, he still couldn’t do his normal workouts, and panic set in as he thought, “What am I going to tell my coach in Tampa?”

When he arrived in Florida, a friend of his convinced him to try his doctor. This new doctor took some films of his neck and head, and then treated his neck with the Atlas Orthogonal (AO) technique. He hardly felt a thing, yet the treatment left him pain-free. And more importantly, at the time, he could swim again. He was so impressed with the ‘miracles’ he saw in her office that he decided to go to chiropractic school himself and become an Atlas Orthogonist. Today, he is one of the few AO doctors in the state of CT, and people from as for away as Rhode Island and New York come to our office and he has successfully treated many health issues including headaches, migraines, neck pain, back pain, shoulder pain, arm pain, whiplash resulting from car accidents, ear infections, asthma, allergies, numbness in limbs, athletic injuries, scoliosis, ADHD and more.

Dr. Corsello became committed to seeking natural approaches to healthcare after both he and his mother were diagnosed with ulcerative colitis. The limited ability of conventional medicine to understand and treat this condition left a strong impression on Dr. Corsello to seek alternative means to approach chronic illness and achieve good health. Dr. Corsello is certified in Applied Kinesiology (AK). Based on an AK examination, Dr. Corsello can detect organ weaknesses and recommend dietary changes and nutritional supplements.

Dr. Corsello’s passion for helping his patients to achieve full resolution of their symptoms and overall health and wellness leads him to work tirelessly to learn new ways to help his patients. He holds a fellowship from the International Acupuncture Medical Association. He is also a certified Quantum Neurologist and is certified in Active Release Techniques, which has enabled him to help many local athletes, athletic trainers, police officers and fire fighters. He is also becoming certified in pediatric chiropractic and has had success with the AO technique in treating childhood disorders.
