Dr. Corsello is not your ordinary chiropractor. The Atlas Orthogonal Percussion Adjusting Instrument (pictured below) is a very precise machine that ONLY adjusts your atlas using percussion or a sound wave (some call vibration), so you actually will not feel any pain or force.
First, Dr. Corsello uses x-rays or radiographic views to determine the severity of your spinal misalignment and treatment. Second, Dr. Corsello perform an analysis of your x-rays to determine the treatment. After the first treatment he will conduct post diagnostic imaging to ensure your spine was properly aligned and that a positive change occurred. After your first treatment, you will be given a care plan. If in subsequent visits you hold your alignment, an Atlas Orthogonal treatment will not be needed.
